2. The stainless steel bearing is skewed or the crankshaft is bent or twisted; adjust its clearance appropriately, check the bending and twisting of the crankshaft, and replace the crankshaft or repair it as appropriate;
3. The bearing quality is poor, the lubricating oil quality is inconsistent (low viscosity), or the oil circuit is blocked. The oil supply pressure of the gear oil pump is too low, and the oil supply is interrupted, causing the bearing to lack oil and produce dry friction; use bearings that meet the quality requirements, check the oil pipeline and gear oil pump, use lubricating oil that meets the quality requirements, and check and adjust the oil pump to make the pressure meet the requirements;
4. The stainless steel bearings have debris or too much lubricating oil, or the lubricating oil is too dirty. It is necessary to clean and replace new engine oil, and adjust the engine oil pressure;
5. The bearing has uneven excessive wear and needs to be replaced;
6. When the compressor is installed, the main shaft and the motor (or diesel engine) main shaft coupling are not aligned, and the error is too large, causing the two shafts to tilt. The concentricity of the two machines must be correct, and the leveling tolerance value must meet the value specified in the machine manual. When the compressor and the motor are connected with a rigid connection, more attention should be paid to alignment.
